Infertility

Infertility is a medical condition characterized by the inability of a couple to get pregnant or a woman to carry a pregnancy to term. It is defined as not being able to achieve pregnancy after one year of regular, unprotected intercourse, or after 6 months if the woman is older than 35 years of age. Infertility can result from various medical conditions and factors affecting either partner, and it may have single or multiple causes, or in some cases, no identifiable cause at all.
